ABOUT ME

My name is Anastasiya, but my friends call me Ana. I'm 28 years old and currently I live in Berlin, Germany.

Since 2013, after my first trip to Thailand at the age of 17, travelling has become a crucial part of my life. I've always upheld the idea that even with a 9 to 5 job or studies, it shouldn't hinder one's ability to explore new horizons. Although travelling is accessible to everyone, it requires proper trip planning and finding ways to synchronise trips with vacations and holidays to travel more frequently.

And what's even more important – travelling doesn't necessarily mean quitting your job or having substantial savings. I adore my work, travelling and my blog, and I'm not willing to give up any of them. Thanks to Berlin's convenient location and excellent transportation infrastructure, I can embark on journeys often – even on weekends and don't spend a fortune for it.

During the last 11 years, I've visited 32 countries – and yes, I'm keeping count! Every year I keep discovering new places and cultures, happily sharing those experiences on this blog. Besides, I publish articles on how to travel from Berlin affordably yet enjoyably and also share tips and discounts for fellow travellers. Hope you find something interesting for you on my blog!
